If you added shipping insurance at checkout, you're covered for lost, missing, or damaged packages. Items damaged in transit without coverage may not qualify for a return or refund. Get in touch through our contact form or email info@sparms.com.au so we can look into it.

Yes. You are covered by a limited fair use warranty that covers all of our products against any pre-existing faults from manufacturing.

This does not cover any damage caused by misuse, whether intentional or accidental. Sparms products should never be worn as protection from branches or twigs, or any other item that may cause abrasions or perforations.

Our products are intended to be used for sun protection only.

To file a warranty claim, fill out our contact form or email info@sparms.com.au with details of the damage. Please have your proof of purchase ready if requested. We aim to process claims as quickly as possible.
